Ingredients

  • 2 cups pita-gima leaves


  • 1 nos potato small


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 2 nos red chily


  • 8 nos cloves garlic


  • 1 tsp cumin seed


  • 1/2 tsp mustard black


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Make a paste of gima-leaves ,green chili,red-chili,garlic,mustard ,cumin
  • In a bowl add this paste ,mix turmeric ,salt and oil to itAdd thin sliced potato to it
  • Cook at slow flame for 15-20 minute
  • And it's ready
  • Serve hot
