Ingredients

  • Pita-gima leaves 2 cups

  • potato small 1 nos

  • Green Chilly 2 nos

  • Red Chily 2 nos

  • cloves Garlic 8 nos

  • Cumin seed 1 tsp

  • Mustard Black 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • Mustard Oil 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Make a paste of gima-leaves ,green chili,red-chili,garlic,mustard ,cumin

    In a bowl add this paste ,mix turmeric ,salt and oil to itAdd thin sliced potato to it

    Cook at slow flame for 15-20 minute

    And it's ready

    Serve hot
