Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 3 tbsp refined oil


  • 1 tbsp pure ghee


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 2 pinch green cardamom powder


  • 2 tbsp dryfruits

Directions

  • Heat oil heavy bottom pan/ kadhai on medium heat
  • Reduce flame to low then add green cardamom powder
  • Now add flour in kadhai andstart roasting flour till colour changed in brown
  • Stir continously while roasting flour, It takes almost 15 minutes on low heat
  • Add 1 cup luke warm water in roasted flour
  • Stir fastly so that lumps will be not form,Cook this way for 3 minutes
  • Now add sugar as per your taste and cook for another 5 minutes with lid on low flame
  • Stir twice in between so that sugar will be mix well and save from burning
  • Add dryfruits and mix well
  • Sprinkle little more dryfruits before serving
