Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos boiled potatoes / aloo sliced


  • 1 tsp jeera/ cumin seed


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder / kaali mirch powder


  • 1 tsp rock salt/ sendha namak


  • 4 nos green chillies / hari mirch chopped (you can vary it according to your taste)


  • 1 tsp ginger/ adarak grated


  • 1 tsp lemon / nimbu juice


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves/ dhaniya patti (to garnish)


  • 150 ml oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in pan
  • Now add jeera and when it starts to crackle mix chopped chillies and ginger
  • After this add boiled potatoes and mix it well
  • Let it cook for 5 min on medium flame
  • Now add black pepper powder, rock salt and mix it
  • After 5 min turn off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it
  • Now chatpata jeera aloo is ready to serve
