Ingredients

4 nos boiled potatoes / aloo sliced
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seed
1/2 tsp black pepper powder / kaali mirch powder
1 tsp rock salt/ sendha namak
4 nos green chillies / hari mirch chopped (you can vary it according to your taste)
1 tsp ginger/ adarak grated
1 tsp lemon / nimbu juice
1 sprig coriander leaves/ dhaniya patti (to garnish)
150 ml oil
Directions
Heat oil in pan
Now add jeera and when it starts to crackle mix chopped chillies and ginger
After this add boiled potatoes and mix it well
Let it cook for 5 min on medium flame
Now add black pepper powder, rock salt and mix it
After 5 min turn off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it
Now chatpata jeera aloo is ready to serve
