Ingredients
Serves 4
For Stuffing: Medium Onions Finely Chopped 2 nos
Green Chillies Chopped(you can change the quantity accordingly) 3-4 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Boiled and mashed potato 4-5 nos
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Haldi(optional) 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder 1 tsp
Salt- To Taste 1 pinch
Oil 150 ml
For Coating:Bread slices(you can cut the brown edges) 5 nos
Water 100 ml
Sooji (optional) 1/4 cups
Oil- For frying 150 ml
Directions
Heat some oil in pan
After heating oil, add jeera ,green chillies and chopped onion
After stirring for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste and wait till onion turns light pink
Now add all the dry spices along with boiled potatoes and mix it well on medium flame for few minutes
Now your stuffing is ready
Put the stuffing in a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature
Now it's time for coating
Soak the bread in water and immediately remove and press it between your hands slightly
Place it on plate
Soak another bread slice and press it
Take some stuffing and place it on one bread slice and cover it with another slice
Now shape it in either round or oval shape
After this, dab this cutlet in sooji ,so that it becomes fully covered by sooji
Now make cutlets from rest of the stuffing
Heat oil in pan
Now deep fry all the cutlets on medium flame till it turns golden brown
Now the yummy Bread Cutlet are ready to be served with Green Chutney
