Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Boiled Eggs 5 nos

  • Big Onions 3 nos

  • Eastern Egg Masala 40 gms

  • Refined Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

  • Green Chilly, sliced 3 nos

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Mustard 1/2 cups

  • Water 1 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Preparation-Boil the eggs and set aside

  • 02

    Peal off the shell and Slice them when cool

  • 03

    Cooking-Heat oil

  • 04

    Add mustard and saute sliced onion till golden brown

  • 05

    Add green chilly, Curry leaves and salt

  • 06

    Add Eastern Egg Masala and saute further

  • 07

    Pour the required water and bring to boil

  • 08

    Now add sliced eggs

  • 09

    When gravy thickens remove from flame and serve hot
