Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 5 nos boiled eggs


  • 3 nos big onions


  • 40 gms eastern egg masala


  • 3 tbsp refined vegetable oil


  • 3 nos green chilly, sliced


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/2 cups mustard


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Preparation-Boil the eggs and set aside
  • Peal off the shell and Slice them when cool
  • Cooking-Heat oil
  • Add mustard and saute sliced onion till golden brown
  • Add green chilly, Curry leaves and salt
  • Add Eastern Egg Masala and saute further
  • Pour the required water and bring to boil
  • Now add sliced eggs
  • When gravy thickens remove from flame and serve hot
