Soaking CHANA DAL for overnight
Then grinding it in mixer without adding water
Take ghee in a nonstick kadahi
Add grinded daal in it
saute till the granules of daal soaked ghee
Moisture of daal should go
now add sugar n Cardamom n mix
Sugar will melt in kadahi with in seconds
when it gets the consistency of thick paste
swich off the flame
Transfer this into a square shaped plate
Cut into squre shape with knife
Fix one almond on each square
Spread some rose petals along with saffron strings,which is goona give colourful look to this yummlicious BARFI
