Ingredients

  • 250 gms chana dal


  • 200 gms sugar


  • 150 gms ghee


  • 4 nos cardamom

Directions

  • Soaking CHANA DAL for overnight
  • Then grinding it in mixer without adding water
  • Take ghee in a nonstick kadahi
  • Add grinded daal in it
  • saute till the granules of daal soaked ghee
  • Moisture of daal should go
  • now add sugar n Cardamom n mix
  • Sugar will melt in kadahi with in seconds
  • when it gets the consistency of thick paste
  • swich off the flame
  • Transfer this into a square shaped plate
  • Cut into squre shape with knife
  • Fix one almond on each square
  • Spread some rose petals along with saffron strings,which is goona give colourful look to this yummlicious BARFI
  • Tip-Don't let the Dall unattended while saute
