Ingredients

Serves 3

  • peeled and deveined shrimp , tail-on 1 bowls

  • fresh lime juice 1/4 cups

  • olive oil 2 tbsp

  • coriander leaves or parsley leaves, chopped finely 1 tbsp

  • cloves garlic, chopped finely 2 nos

  • honey 1/2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • Thai sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

    Preparation:Soak the bamboo skewers with cold water

  • 02

    Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels

  • 03

    Set aside

  • 04

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the Marinade together using a whisk

  • 05

    Add the shrimp to the Marinade, make sure to coat the shrimp evenly

  • 06

    Marinate for 30 minutes

  • 07

    Cooking:Fire up the grill and grill the shrimp until cooked and slightly charred on the surface

    Serve immediately
