Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos eggs


  • 1 tbsp eastern black pepper powder


  • 1 bowls carrots chopped


  • 1 bowls onions chopped


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 150 ml olive oil for frying

Directions

  • Add in Eggs, Eastern Black Pepper Powder, Carrots Chopped,Chopped Onions and salt in a bowl
  • Stir well
  • Take Olive oil in the pan for frying
  • Pour the mix into pan and fry it
  • Serve it hot
