Boil the cauliflower florets and peas in a pan of water seasoned with salt and the turmeric
Drain well and set aside
Heat the oil in a wide pan
Add the cumin seeds and chilli powder and cook until the cumin seeds start to crackle
Add cauliflower and peas and stir until the cauliflower starts to brown
Add little water to avoid burning the ingredients and cook
Serve with sea salt and the coriander to garnish
