Grind all the ingredients 1-5 with little warm drinking water
Add water as per the thickness of the chutney needed
Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal curry leaves and dry red chilies
Transfer the ground chutney to the serving bowl and add the tempering to it
Mix it together and serve
Add 2 ladles of milk while grinding the chutney to make it look more whiter
