Cook the chicken in small amount of water with salt and 2 ½ tsp of Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté sliced onion, chopped ginger, sliced green chilli, sliced galic and curry leaves till brown
Add the cooked chicken and add 1 ½ teaspoon of Eastern Pepper chicken Masala and cook till done
Garnish with crushed pepper
Make a fine paste of Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala
Add egg if required
Apply the paste over the dressed chicken pieces
Keep aside for 30 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until they turn to dark brown
Remove from the fire and serve hot
