Serves : 10
  • 1 cups wheat flour

  • 1/4 cups ghee

  • 1/2 cups jaggery powdered

  • 1/4 cups milk powder

  • 1/4 cups glucose powder

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 10 nos cashewnuts


  • Roast cashewnuts in ghee
  • Set aside
  • Heat ghee 2 tbsp in a pan and roast the Wheat flour in ghee till nice aroma came
  • Then switch off the flame
  • Add jaggery powder Milk powder Glucose Powder and Cardamom Powder
  • Mix well
  • Heat the ghee and pour it in the mixture and mix well
  • When it is warm and can handle with dry hands make this into ladoos
  • Store it in a clean dry air tight container
  • This ladoo will stay perfect in room temperature for 2 weeks
  • We use Ghee in hot
  • After finished Ladoo preparation allow it for room temperature
  • Then keep it in a Air tight container
