  • 1 nos shredded cucumber


  • 1 cups shredded mix bell peppers


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper pwd


  • 1 cups ingridients for makhani paneer :fried onion paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 3/4 tsp butter


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 50 gms cream


  • 250 gms cottagecheese paneer

  • Take A Mixing Bowl Add Mayonese Chopped Onion Carrot Cucumber Salt Black Pepper Powder And Sugar
  • Mix Well

  • Take A Mixing Bowl Add Shreadded Onions Cucumber Tomatoes Bell Peppers Salt Black Pepper Pwd
  • And Lemon Juice
  • Give A quick mix
  • Ur Salsa is Ready

  • Take A Pan Add Butter For Heating
  • Now Add Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Cook For 3 4 Min Then Add Brown Onion Paste
  • Cook For 2 Min
  • Now Add Tomato Puree And Till It Leaves Ghee On its Sides
  • Add Salt Red Chilli Pwd
  • Coriander Ped Cumin Pwd Garam Masala sugar And Cream
  • Cook For Another 5 Min And Finely Add small Diced Cut Paneer
  • And Garnish With Fresh Coriander Leves

  • In A Bowl Add Maze Flour Plain Flour Salt Oil And Make Soft Dough With The Help Of Warm Water
  • Keep Aside The Dough To Rest For 10 Min
  • Now Take A Small Portion Of Dough And Roll It on The rolling Board To Form Thin Puris
  • with The help Of Cutter cut Out All The Puris of Same Size
  • Now With The Help Of fork prick All th Puris
  • Keep oil For Heating
  • Now Fry All The Puris On Medium Hot Oil
  • Give the Shape of Tacos with Any Round Object Or Tacos Mould
  • Now For Assembling Take A Taco Shell Put salsa Or Salad Then Paneer Then Garnish with Mayonese And Chopped Fresh Coriander
