1 nos yellow bell pepper
2 nos tomatos
1 cups gluten free pasta
1/2 nos avocado
6 tbsp nandos medium sauce
1 cups chicken
Directions
Chop peppers, tomatos and advocado.
Boil gluten free pasta on medium heat for 12 minutes
Fry chicken until golden
Add the tomato, advocado and pepper
Fry until vegetables are crisp
Add a dash of sauce
And serve!
