  • yellow bell pepper 1 nos

  • tomatos 2 nos

  • gluten free pasta 1 cups

  • avocado 1/2 nos

  • nandos medium sauce 6 tbsp

  • chicken 1 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Chop peppers, tomatos and advocado.

  • 02

    Boil gluten free pasta on medium heat for 12 minutes

  • 03

    Fry chicken until golden

  • 04

    Add the tomato, advocado and pepper

  • 05

    Fry until vegetables are crisp

  • 06

    Add a dash of sauce

  • 07

    And serve!
