  • 1 nos yellow bell pepper


  • 2 nos tomatos


  • 1 cups gluten free pasta


  • 1/2 nos avocado


  • 6 tbsp nandos medium sauce


  • 1 cups chicken

Directions

  • Chop peppers, tomatos and advocado.
  • Boil gluten free pasta on medium heat for 12 minutes
  • Fry chicken until golden
  • Add the tomato, advocado and pepper
  • Fry until vegetables are crisp
  • Add a dash of sauce
  • And serve!
