Heat oven to 375°F.Scatter cheese cubes in even layer in unreservedly 13x9 inch pan.
In a 2 quart saucepan, mix chili and sliced hot dogs. Heat over medium high heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. Spoon evenly over cheese in baking dish. Scatter red onion evenly over top.
Unroll can of dough; press perforations in dough to seal. Carefully place over chili mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top; bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
