  • Cut The Brinjal Into 4 Equal Part And Cut The Upper Part Of Each Price
  • To Make A Boat Shape
  • Keep Aside All The Peices
  • Now Mix All The Remaining Ingridents In A Bowl
  • Now Put this mixture On EachBringal Peice
  • Now Greese The Baking Tray And Place All The Bringal Peices On It
  • Now Greese All The Bringal Peices And bake In Owen For 30 Min At 180
  • Garnish It with Spring Onions
