Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped spring onion(the green portion)


  • 5-6 nos onion bulbs


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp green chilly chopped


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • To the wheat flour add chopped green portion of the spring onion, carrom seeds, salt and knead a soft dough.
  • Keep the dough covered for half an hour.
  • Take medium size ball, stuff it with the onion and green chilly and roll it by dusting flour.
  • Roast it from both sides on tawa with some oil.
  • Serve hot with butter or pickle.
