Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups

  • Finely chopped spring onion(the green portion) 1/2 cups

  • Onion bulbs 5-6 nos

  • Carrom seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Green chilly chopped 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    To the wheat flour add chopped green portion of the spring onion, carrom seeds, salt and knead a soft dough.

    Keep the dough covered for half an hour.

  • 03

    Take medium size ball, stuff it with the onion and green chilly and roll it by dusting flour.

  • 04

    Roast it from both sides on tawa with some oil.

  • 05

    Serve hot with butter or pickle.
