Boil sweet corn and keep aside.
Take a pan, add butter, garlic and green chilli and stir fry for a minute.
Add onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
Add tomatoes and salt.
Mix it well and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
Add boiled corns and black pepper. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot after garnishing it with green coriander.
