Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Sweet corn 1 cup


  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup


  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup


  • Garlic chopped 1 tblsp


  • Green chili 1/2 tblsp


  • Salt 1/2 tblsp


  • Black pepper 1/2 tblsp


  • Butter 1 tblsp

Directions

  • Boil sweet corn and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, add butter, garlic and green chilli and stir fry for a minute.
  • Add onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and salt.
  • Mix it well and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
  • Add boiled corns and black pepper. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot after garnishing it with green coriander.
