COOK TILL TOMATOES ARE MASHED
ADD IN LITTLE WATER AND ALL DRY MASALES
ADD IN IMLI DISSOLVED IN WATER
AFTER EVERYTHING IS COOKED, TRANSFER THESE INTO DAL .
COOK SAMBHAR FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
U CAN ADD A PINCH OF SUGAR ALSO.
SAMBHAR IS READY TO SERVE.

Add WATER ACCORDINGLY.
MAKE THICK BATTER
ADD SALT TO TASTE.
DIVIDE THE BATTER INTO 3 PORTIONS.
NOW ADD IN SODA SEPARATELY TO EVERY BATTER WHILE MAKING IDLIS
STEAM IDLIS IN IDLI COOKER.
SERVE IDLI WITH HOT SAMBHAR.
