Take a pan and roast Semolina /Sooji till its light brown. Keep it aside .
put Butter/Ghee in a pan and add Cashew/Kaju and dry Grapes/Munakka for 30 seconds.
dd roasted Semolina/Sooji to the pan and roast it for another 3-4 mins.
Add Sugar, Milk, Saffron/Kesar milk and water. Mix it well till Semolina/Sooji absorbs everything and is dry.
Serve it hot in a bowl and spread finely chopped soaked Almonds/Badam on top.
