Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups semolina /sooji


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 4 tsp ghee/butter


  • 9-10 nos chopped cashwenuts


  • 9-10 nos munnaka/ dry grapes


  • 9-10 nos soaked almond finely chopped


  • 1 cups milk


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 tsp elaichi /cardamom


  • 2 tbsp kesar soaked in milk

Directions

  • Take a pan and roast Semolina /Sooji till its light brown. Keep it aside .
  • put Butter/Ghee in a pan and add Cashew/Kaju and dry Grapes/Munakka for 30 seconds.
  • dd roasted Semolina/Sooji to the pan and roast it for another 3-4 mins.
  • Add Sugar, Milk, Saffron/Kesar milk and water. Mix it well till Semolina/Sooji absorbs everything and is dry.
  • Serve it hot in a bowl and spread finely chopped soaked Almonds/Badam on top.
