Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 6 Bread slices

  • 3 tbsp Arhar dal

  • 3 tbsp chana Dal

  • 3 tbsp Lal masoor dal

  • 3 tbsp Moong Dal

  • 1 Potato

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp rae

  • 1 tsp kadi patta

  • 3 tbsp carrot

  • 3 tbsp capsicum

  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Green chillies chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp khatae

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

    A very Healthy version of Sandwich in which i have used lentils along with veggies.

    Soak all lentils for atleast 3 hours.

    Take a pan and add water..

  • 04

    Cool dals and grind them.

  • 05

    In a pan add oil , rae , kadi patta , onions..Saute them. Add dal paste and cook till 5 to 7 minutes.

    Now add in mashed boiled potatoes.. red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,khatae, garam masala and salt to taste

    Add in fresh coriander.

    Cool this mixture And add mayonnaise.

    Fill it in between breads and make sandwiches.
