Raw Bananas 10 nos
Kuttu flour 1 cups
Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
Sendha Namak 1/4 tsp
green chiillies finely chopped 1 tsp
chopped fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Peel them and mash bananas.
Add mashed bananas into a bowl and add kuttu flour.
Add in green chillies,ginger,salt,fresh coriander.
Make a dough.
Take a transparent plastic sheet for rolling out parathas into it.
Apply little oil on sheet and put a small ball of dough.. cover and roll paratha.
Heat a tawa and cook paratha onto it by Applying ghee.
Serve hot with coriander or tomato chutney.
