TUNA SPINACH THORAN

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • medium sized 220 Gm of tuna in spring water

  • finely chopped spinach 1 cup

  • crushed onion

  • garlic

  • ginger

  • green chilly

  • grated coconut crushed with a pinch of cumin and turmeric powder

  • chilly flakes or powder optional

Directions

    Drain the tuna chunks flakes of water and set it aside

  • 02

    In a frying pan splutter mustard and saut crushed onion ginger garlic green chilly with curry leaves

  • 03

    When done add the drained tuna chunks and mix well

  • 04

    After a few minutes add the finely chopped spinach

  • 05

    When it is wilted add the crushed coconut and keep stirring on high flame

  • 06

    When almost dry remove from flame
