Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups poha


  • 2 nos onions


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1 tbsp kadi patta


  • 1 tsp rae


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1 nos potato


  • 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)


  • 2 tbsp fried groundnut


  • 1/2 cups bhujia


  • 1/2 cups pomegranate seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Soak poha in water for 3 minutes ans drain water..
  • Now in a pan,add oil. Add in Rae ,
  • Saute Onion till they turn pinkish..
  • Add in potatoes and cook them till they are done.
  • Now Add in Haldi powder .
  • Add in poha and saute.
  • Add Salt and Sugar to taste..
  • Add fried groundnuts..
  • Add in lemon juice and fresh coriander.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds and onion.
  • Serve with Bhujia of your choice.
