Ingredients

  • poha 1 cups

  • onions 2 nos

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • lemon 1 nos

  • kadi patta 1 tbsp

  • rae 1 tsp

  • haldi 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar 1/4 tsp

  • potato 1 nos

  • salt (to taste) 1/4 tsp

  • fried GroundNut 2 tbsp

  • bhujia 1/2 cups

  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Soak poha in water for 3 minutes ans drain water..

  • 02

    Now in a pan,add oil. Add in Rae ,

  • 03

    Saute Onion till they turn pinkish..

  • 04

    Add in potatoes and cook them till they are done.

  • 05

    Now Add in Haldi powder .

  • 06

    Add in poha and saute.

  • 07

    Add Salt and Sugar to taste..

    Add fried groundnuts..

  • 09

    Add in lemon juice and fresh coriander.

  • 10

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds and onion.

  • 11

    Serve with Bhujia of your choice.
