Ingredients
Serves 4
all purpose flour 1 cups
cocoa powder 1/3 cups
egg 1 nos
powdered sugar 1/2 cups
grated chocolate 3 tbsp
milk 1 cups
baking soda 1 tsp
butter 2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
nutella spread or chocolate sauce 1/4 cups
Directions
In a mixing bowl, sieve together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda
Mix everything well.
Next add melted butter, egg, sugar and milk and mix well and make a smooth batter.
At last add grated chocolate and mix again.
Heat a non stick pan and brush it with some oil.
Wipe off the excess oil with a tissue paper and make the pan smooth.
Pour the batter in a standard measuring cup i.e 1/4 cup to make even pancakes.
Pour the batter on the pan and let it cook on low flame till bubbles come on top.
Gently flip over the other side and cook for 30-40 seconds on low flame.
Once done take out on a plate and similarly prepare rest of the chocolate pancakes.
Drizzle some chocolate sauce or nutella from top and Serve.
