Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups poha


  • 1 1/2 cups water


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped vegetables of your choice


  • 1/2 tsp finley chopped green chillies


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups grated amul cheese


  • 1/2 cups grated paneer


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp salt (as per your taste)

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, Now put salt, chopped vegetables, oil, red chilli powder, and two cup water in it and mix well. Let it boil for sometime.
  • Meanwhile grind the poha to powder in grinder.
  • Now add this poha powder slowly in the boiling water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  • Saute this mix for sometime in medium flame and then put of the gas stove.
  • Now keep this mixture aside to cool down.
  • Put salt and red chilli powder in grated paneer and mix well it properly.
  • Now make round Balls from this poha mix and stuff it with paneer and cheese. Make all the balls ready this way.
  • Now steam all these balls in a steamer for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on it
  • Ready.... Serve it hot with your favorite chutney.
  • If you wish you can bake it also in 180 degree for 10 minutes.
