Mix all the ingredients accepted bread crumbs and oil
Now make small flat tikkies and wrapped in bread crumbs
Now drizzle some oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the tikkies for 15-20 minutes on low flame...
Note - shallow fry on low flame only....in starting it will be very soft but after fry it will be cryspy outside and soft inside.....you can adjust the spices according to your taste
