Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 4 cups rice


  • 3 nos egg


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/2 litre coconut oil


  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  • Wash rice and soak it for 2 hours
  • Grind rice with milk to a thick batter
  • Add eggs, sugar and cardamom powder to the batter
  • Mix it well
  • Dip the moulds in batter and then dip in the heated oil
  • Deep fry along with the mould
  • Tap and remove the appam from the mould
  • Took appam when it ready and let it cool
