vermicelli 100 gms
ghee 2 tsp
milkmade 50 gms
hung yogurt 150 gms
sugar 50 gms
almond 10 gms
pistachious 10 gms
strings of saffron 5-6 nos
water 1 cups
Take heavy bootom add ghee and heat it for 2 min
Now add vermicelli and cook on low flame till its colour turns to golden brown.
Add water and cook till whole water dries. Switch off the flame.
Now add milkmade and mix it properly
Take all solicon modules and greese it with ghee.
Now take a mixing bowl add yogourt ,saffron, sugar, badaamand pista.mix all of them and keep it for chilling in refrigerator for 1 hour
Now take out all vermicelli modules and shrikhand out of refrigerator
With the help of sharp knife carefully take out all vermicelli katoris .
If it is not coming easily so keep it in freezer for 10 min
Be carefull tht katories did not break
Now put chilled shrikhand in katoris
Garnish all katoris with finely chopped pista and badaam.
