  • 100 gms vermicelli

  • 2 tsp ghee

  • 50 gms milkmade

  • 150 gms hung yogurt

  • 50 gms sugar

  • 10 gms almond

  • 10 gms pistachious

  • 5-6 nos strings of saffron

  • 1 cups water


  • Take heavy bootom add ghee and heat it for 2 min
  • Now add vermicelli and cook on low flame till its colour turns to golden brown.
  • Add water and cook till whole water dries. Switch off the flame.
  • Now add milkmade and mix it properly
  • Take all solicon modules and greese it with ghee.
  • Now take a mixing bowl add yogourt ,saffron, sugar, badaamand pista.mix all of them and keep it for chilling in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Now take out all vermicelli modules and shrikhand out of refrigerator
  • With the help of sharp knife carefully take out all vermicelli katoris .
  • If it is not coming easily so keep it in freezer for 10 min
  • Be carefull tht katories did not break
  • Now put chilled shrikhand in katoris
  • Garnish all katoris with finely chopped pista and badaam.
