Soak the green gr for whole night
Next morning take the gram into a mixer jar and grind it into a smooth paste with 2 batches by adding curd into it
Add salt and oil into it and mix well
Prepare a steamer and
Add baking soda into it and give it a quick mix and put it to steam
Steam for approx 15 minutes or till a knife comes out clean on medium heat
Prepare temering by adding 2. Tbsp oil in a wok , add mustard seeds and curry leaves to splutter
Add green chililes and saute for a while
Pour the temper on dhokla and cut into pieces and serve
