Ingredients

  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 cups water


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 3 sprig cilantro


  • 6 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • Crush the green chillies, ginger, and cilantro using the pulse mode of the mixie or a mortar
  • Beat the curd nicely using a fork and the water to it
  • Mix the curd water mixture nicely using a hand blender or spoon
  • Add the crushed mixture, torn curry leaves and required salt and mix everything together
  • Serve on a hot summer day as a refreshing drink
