curd 1 cups
water 2 cups
green chillies 3 nos
ginger 1 nos
cilantro 3 sprig
curry leaves 6 nos
Directions
Crush the green chillies, ginger, and cilantro using the pulse mode of the mixie or a mortar
Beat the curd nicely using a fork and the water to it
Mix the curd water mixture nicely using a hand blender or spoon
Add the crushed mixture, torn curry leaves and required salt and mix everything together
Serve on a hot summer day as a refreshing drink
