Peel the banana and cut into two. Then cut into less than 1/4 size pieces
Fry it in hot oil till it is very crispy
In the meantime in a vok add the jaggery, water and melt it. Remove impurities if any
Heat the same again till get a two thread consistency
Add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder, then mix well
Add crispy chips and mix well
Allow it to cool
Sprinkle powdered sugar and mix well again
