Ingredients

urad dal 250 gms
rice 500 gms
raagi flour 100 gms
Curry leafs 4-8 nos
Coriander 4-8 nos
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Clean the rice and urad dal well and Soak them in water for 2 hours.
Now grind the soaked ingredients and add Ragi flour to the batter. Keep the batter a side for 7 hours.
Take a pan and add oil,chillies,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leafs,and coriander leafs Fry them for about half a minute at medium flame.
Add the fried ingredients and salt to the batter. Mix the batter well and fill it in the idli trays
Close with the lid and cook for 15 minutes
After 15 min you can serve the hot,softy and healthy idli with your favourite pickle curry leaf powder along with ghee adds more taste to the idli.
You can use this batter for making dosa also by adding a small amount of water.
