Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 2 litre

  • Basmati rice 150 gms

  • Sugar 7 tbsp

  • Cardamom 5 nos

  • Almode 5 nos

  • Cashew 8 nos

  • Risins 10 nos

  • Saffron 4 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Soack the rice for 30 minutes in water

  • 02

    Blanch the almode by keeping 30 minutes in hot water

  • 03

    Boil the milk and add rice

  • 04

    Stir and simmer the milk in low flame heat, rice cook well

  • 05

    Add sugar, raisins, cashew, saffron and cardamom

  • 06

    Cook continue, rice grains cooked well and kheer become thicker

  • 07

    Ready for serve in hot or after cooling.
