Boil the milk in hard bottom pan on low flame
Add saffron strands, sugar, paneer
Add condenced milk and stir atound 10 minute. Then the milk become thicker and its called RABRI
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Remove sides of bread and cut into triangle or small square pieces
Fry the bread in a pan using ghee upto it become golden color and crispy
Arrange bread pieces into serving plate and pour the Rabri syrup over it
Garnish with chopped almode, cashew, raisins and pista
Royal Shahi Tukda is ready for serving
We can also use after keeping 30minutes in refrigerator for chilling dessert parties
