Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 kgs basumati rice


  • 500 gms onion


  • 300 gms carrot


  • 300 gms capsicum


  • 250 gms spring onion


  • 50 gms chilli mashroom


  • 100 gms ginger


  • 50 gms garlic


  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce


  • 400 gms fried peanut


  • 5 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups leaves- puthina coriander, vep


  • 15 nos risins and cashew nuts


  • 1 pinch ajinomoto


  • 3 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Cooking the Rice
  • Add 1 table spoon oil in a cooker.
  • Ad 11 cups of water. ( If we are cooking rice in pot then use double of number of cups of water - for 7 cup of rice boil in 14 cups os water
  • VEg mix:
  • 1.Finely chop all vegetables. Capsicum little bigger size
  • 2. Heat 3 table spoon in a pan. Add all slice onion pieces and add 1 table spoon salt
  • 3. Add garlic, ginger, garam masala a tand stir continuously.
  • 4. Add carrot, beans, mashroom(not compulsory), and heat to cook all veg items.
  • 5. Then mix veg and rice in big pot.
  • 6. AAdd fried peanuts, leaves - puthina, coriander,
  • 7. Serve into 7 plates and decorate with raisin and cashew nuts
  • Add chilli and and soy sauce 1 teaspoon to cooking veg
