Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Steamed rice powder 250 gms

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Grated Coconut 50 gms

  • Grated carrot 100 gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp

  • Green chilli finely chopped 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl , add rice powder and salt to taste, slowly sprinkle water and make soft puttu batter without sticking each other.

    Take a pan , add 1 tsp oil and saute onions with chilli and ginger garlic paste.

    Add grated carrots to it , add salt. Let it half cook

  • 04

    Now take puttu maker, fill coconut first,then carrot mix and then soaked rice powder.

    I used chiratta puttu maker, let it steam for 10 minutes

    Serve hot with chutney or any spicy gravy
