Ingredients
Serves 1
Rolled Oats 1 cups
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Banana 1 nos
Dates 5-6 nos
Almond 5-6 nos
Honey 1 tbsp
Directions
Take oats in a glass jar and add enough milk to submerge the oats.
Now cover the jar with a lid and keep it inside the fridge for overnight.
Next day morning take out the jar from fridge and open the lid to add chopped banana, dates and almond.
Finally add honey to add some sweetness. You can adjust amount sweetness added to it.
