Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos peeled and washed potatoes


  • 1 nos chopped onion (large)


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 2-3 tsp besan


  • 3 tsp all purpose flour (maida)


  • 1/3 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper (powder)


  • 2 nos green chilli (chopped)


  • 1 tsp salt or per taste


  • 50 gms cooking oil

Directions

  • Take a big bowl and grate the potatoes with grater.
  • Now add 2 glass of water and pour into it , now leave it aside .
  • Take another big bowl and break 2 eggs in it
  • Now add
  • Mix the batter .
  • Now squeeze the grated potatoes perfectly.
  • Now add chopped onions onion to the grated potatoes and then add the batter in it .Add the salt too .
  • Mix everything nicely .
  • Take a frying pan .Put the oil in it with medium heat .
  • When the oil become hot put one large scoop of batter and the press it to make a pancake or cheela .
  • Now turn them after 1 or 2 min and with a second turn for about 1 to 2 mins your cheela is ready .
  • Serve it with chilli sause.
