Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 3 nos banana


  • 1 tbsp cardamom


  • 1 cups coconut oil


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 cups grated coconut

Directions

  • Steam bananas in a pressure cooker
  • Take a pan and heat it
  • Put 2 tablespoons of sugar and add some water, just enough to soak the sugar and stir well
  • Wait until sugar to become syrupy
  • Add grated coconut into it
  • Add raisins and mix nicely
  • Add cardamom too and stirring
  • Remove pan from the fire
  • Take out the steamed banana and make a pate out of it
  • Take small ball of that paste and spread it inside your palm
  • Apply some coconut oil on your palm, so that tge ball will not stick
  • Take some coconut sugar raisin mixture and place inside the banana pate in the palm
  • Wrap it and gently pat with fingers to give it a spindle shape
  • Heat some oil and fry the pieces until it get golden brown color
