Ingredients

  • banana 3 nos

  • cardamom 1 tbsp

  • coconut oil 1 cups

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • raisins 1 tbsp

  • grated coconut 1 cups

Directions

    Steam bananas in a pressure cooker

  • 02

    Take a pan and heat it

  • 03

    Put 2 tablespoons of sugar and add some water, just enough to soak the sugar and stir well

    Wait until sugar to become syrupy

  • 05

    Add grated coconut into it

  • 06

    Add raisins and mix nicely

  • 07

    Add cardamom too and stirring

    Remove pan from the fire

  • 09

    Take out the steamed banana and make a pate out of it

    Take small ball of that paste and spread it inside your palm

    Apply some coconut oil on your palm, so that tge ball will not stick

  • 12

    Take some coconut sugar raisin mixture and place inside the banana pate in the palm

  • 13

    Wrap it and gently pat with fingers to give it a spindle shape

  • 14

    Heat some oil and fry the pieces until it get golden brown color
