Take bread slices and cut the edges and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add grated carrot, shredded cabbage, finely chopped cucumber, tomato
Next add butter, mayonnaise and sandwich spread (any flavour of your choice)
Next add some salt, pepper and give it a good mix.
Take a bread slice, evenly spread the prepared mixture and cover with another bread slice.
Prepare rest of the sandwich like this.
Serve with your favourite fruits or juice.
