Take all wet ingredients milk, oil, 3 tbsp mango puree and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Now add dry ingredients all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in the same bowl.
Mix all the ingredients gently.
Now add chocolate chips/ nuts.
Then transfer this mix in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave it for 2 min. I checked cake after 90 seconds and it was little wet so microwave it again for 30 seconds.
Now the cake is almost ready. Pour the leftover mango puree over the cake and smoothen it.
Then sprinkle grated chocolate and put colorful gems.
Finally 2 min instant eggless mango cake is ready to serve.
