  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp oil for moyan


  • 1-2 cups water or as required for making a dough


  • 3/4 cups methi


  • 3/4 cups palak


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tsp udupi ruchi chat masala


  • 1 nos grated cheese for 1 thepla tikki so cubes according to theplas

Directions

  • Mix Wheat Flour,
  • Add red chilli powder, salt and chat masala
  • Little oil as moyan and
  • Make dough using water
  • Follow Collage for Further Steps
  • After completing collage steps cook it on tawa
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce or alone or as you like
