  • Wheat Flour 2 cups

  • Oil for moyan 1 tbsp

  • water or as required for making a dough 1-2 cups

  • methi 3/4 cups

  • palak 3/4 cups

  • coriander leaves 1/2 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 2 tsp

  • Udupi Ruchi chat masala 2 tsp

  • grated cheese for 1 thepla tikki so cubes according to theplas 1 nos

    Mix Wheat Flour,

    Add red chilli powder, salt and chat masala

    Little oil as moyan and

    Make dough using water

    Follow Collage for Further Steps

    After completing collage steps cook it on tawa

    Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce or alone or as you like
