Ingredients
Serves 6
hot brewed coffee 6 cups
ground ginger 1 tsp
ground cloves 1 tsp
ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp
sweetened whipped cream 2 cups
half-and-half cream 1 cups
molasses 1/2 cups
baking soda 1/2 tsp
brown sugar 1/4 cups
Directions
Mix molasses, ginger, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda until well blended
Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
Add about a 1/4 cup of coffee to each cup
Stir in about a tablespoon of the spice mixture until dissolved
Fill cup to within a inch of the top with coffee
Stir in half and half to taste
Garnish with whipped cream and a light dusting of cloves
