Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 6 cups hot brewed coffee


  • 1 tsp ground ginger


  • 1 tsp ground cloves


  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon


  • 2 cups sweetened whipped cream


  • 1 cups half-and-half cream


  • 1/2 cups molasses


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 cups brown sugar

Directions

  • Mix molasses, ginger, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda until well blended
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
  • Add about a 1/4 cup of coffee to each cup
  • Stir in about a tablespoon of the spice mixture until dissolved
  • Fill cup to within a inch of the top with coffee
  • Stir in half and half to taste
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a light dusting of cloves
