Open tea bags and empty into a small bowl
Bring water to boil in a saucepan and add loose tea
Boil tea until water become dark red
Add sugar into tea
Grind cardamom seeds
Stir ground cardamom, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon into tea
Boil until flavours are infused
Stir milk into tea and bring back to a boil for 2 minutes
Pour tea through a sieve to separate out solids and serve
