Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Paneer Cube 300 gms

  • chopped green chilli 3 nos

  • Ginger -Garlic 1 tbsp

  • gram masala 2 tbsp

  • redchill kashmiri powder 1 tbsp

  • AMUL butter 50 gms

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • chopped onion 300 gms

  • kasturi methi 1/2 tbsp

  • amul cream 20 ml

  • coriander powder 2 tbsp

  • mustard oil 4 tbsp

Directions

    1-Take Pressure Cooker and Add 4- 5 tablespoon mustard oil

    2- Add chopped Green chilli , Cumin seeds, Gralic on heated oil in cooker or pan

    3 - Add Chopped Onion in pan , wait till onion color change on redish brown

  • 04

    4-Add 1- spoon Turmeric Powder, 1 - Red Chilli Powder , 2-spoon coriander powder, 2- Spoon Garam Masala and fry till oil start get separed.

    5-Add little amount of water , Chopped Tomato and Paneer Cubes put for cooker closed for 5 min

    6 - After 5 min Add Cream , Granish with kasturi metti.

    **At serving time add butter for butterry taste
