Combine the flour, 1 tablespoon of paprika, lemon pepper, salt, and red pepper based seasoning.
Bread the fish in this flour mixture
In a small pot combine the butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika and salt and put on the low heated burner. Slowly melt while frying the fish allowing garlic to infuse the butter.
In a large frying pan pour 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup corn oil and spread around evenly.
Heat oil on medium-high heat. Place fish down and fry until golden on both sides and continue to fry until fish is flaky when tested with a fork (will crumble when tested with fork).
Place in an oven safe dish and turn oven on 200 degrees F. Pour butter/ garlic sauce evenly over fish and place fish in the oven to keep warm while the rest of the meal is being finished in preparation.
