Heat milk in a thickened bottom pan.
In a small bowl take 2.5 tbsp of custard powder add warm milk and mix well. It should be smooth with no lumps.
When the milk has come to gentle heat add in sugar and stir well so that the sugar is dissolved.
Next add the custard paste in parts while stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
Keep on stirring and cook for about 5-6 mins on low flame.
The mixture will thicken slowly. Cook for another few minutes, then switch off the gas and allow the custard to cool down completely.
The custard will thicken when it will cool down.
Meanwhile take a tall glass, make a first layer with crushed digestive biscuits.
Next take a small piece of chocolate cake, crush it and make second layer with it.
Add fresh fruits like chopped mango, pomegranate and kiwi.
Now add 2 tbsp of prepared custard followed by a layer of crumbled orange cake.
Again make a layer of fresh fruits over the orange cake.
Repeat the same process for making layers till you reach the top of the glass.
Once done keep it in the freezer to chill.
Take out at the time of serving and serve chilled!
