Ingredients
Serves 6
big potatoes(sliced into big slices as shown above) 2 nos
gobhi(chopped into small pieces) 1 nos
jeera 2 tsp
MDH tika lal 1 tsp
aalo masala 1.5 tsp
Salt (acc.to taste) 2.5 tsp
Turmeric powder (acc.to taste) 2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
Directions
.put jeera and oil in a pan and let it fry for 2 mins. mix when req.
.then add potatoes and let it fry for 3mins
.then add gobhi and mix the mixture well
. Leave it for 5 mins shaking the mixture when req.
.Then add aalu masala , salt , and tika lal
.finally add the turmeric powder
Mix and cover it with a lid to let aalu gobhi cook
After 15 mins if aalu gobhi is cooked then switch off the flame.
If aalu gobhi isn't cooked properly, let it cook for sometime and serve hot with rotis , parathas etc.
